Suzanne Fowler Biography

Suzanne Fowler was raised in an atheist environment by fallen-away Irish Catholics. Despite this, she felt called to the Roman Catholic Church at an early age. She converted to Catholicism in early adulthood and found a deep love of the Catholic Church and its traditions. Suzanneís passion is reconnecting people to the treasure and the fullness of truth found in the Roman Catholic church. She brings a message of hope and love.

More than five years ago, Suzanne authored and founded The Light Weigh, a Catholic Bible study and spiritual growth weight loss program. More than 1,000 groups have been started in every state in the US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Egypt and Guam. The Light Weigh is a powerful tool to evangelize and help people overcome temptation.

Suzanne speaks across the country on many topics pertaining to the Catholic family and particularly Godís call to women today. From her insights into Scripture to her unique ability to bring the Saints alive, Suzanne has a message every Catholic should hear.

Suzanne lives in Leawood, KS, with her husband of 21 years and their seven children. She has been featured in Our Sunday Visitor, on EWTN, The Abundant Life Television program, Ave Marie Radio Network, more than 30 Catholic Diocesan newspapers, ABC news in St. Louis, MO., and the Kansas City Star.
